Any info on location? I'm about 25 mi. north of Palm Springs. Handicapped but would like to see how these things go. I normally fly RC helis but I'm getting interested in tanks.

Hi Dave,
The field is located at 5032 Laredo Pl. Alta Loma CA. You are more than welcome to attend. The field is on a slope so unfortunatly its not ADA compliant to say the least. The staging area and viewing area is flat and friendly.

Great battle day on the Patton homestead. We appreciate the hospitality and the ability to make war with our neighbors. For the DAK CO it was a 21 hour, 800 mile road trip but I always have a good time and I even conned a work buddy to go with me. Good grill and some new faces at the event. The wiley veterans always make the battles fierce but new comers are helping us grow the hobby and make it a good experience!

Cool pics Ethan!
It was a picture perfect day for tank battle. Sunny cool weather and a great time with friends. DAK showed up in force this time with 4 tankers making the long trip west. SCAT turn out was a little light. Although we missed some of our regulars it was still an awsome day of battle and fun BBQ. I will post some more pics when I get a chance. I know Darrin took a lot of cool vidio, so hopfully he will share it when he gets time.
Cool high light of the weekened - DAK VVSS Shermans every where
loved it!
