New Panda 1/16 PzKpfw 38(T) tank model kits
 

Hi Fellow Tankers,

Just wanted to give you guys an update on our shipment of the new Panda 1/16 PzKpfw 38(T) tank model kits. We originally were told our shipment would be here late May. But since the track issue has come up, we have contacted our supplier regarding this issue resulting in a delay in shipments. We think now our shipment should be here sometime early June. For everyone that has pre-ordered this kit from us, thank you!

We also have a new 1/16 Renault FT-17 French Light Tank coming and are expected in late June. I’m glad to see some different 1/16 model kits coming to market and hopefully this is a sign that more 1/16 model kits are on its way!

As always, I’ll keep you guys posted and will let everyone know when there on there way to us.

Hi Gene, Thanks for the update. Could you elaborate more on the "track issue"? Will the track still have individual links?

Hi and sorry for not giving more detailed information on this topic. YES the tracks are individual links but a forum member has stated that the track links in the model kit are coming up short. More information can be found here on this topic.

You can pre-order by either calling us or just drop us an email and we can email you back with an invoice so you can pay online with either a credit card or PayPal. Plus free shipping if you live in the lower 48 US states. Will also give Hawaii, Alaska and Canada residents’ 1/2 off on shipping for the asking.

Hi guys, I mentioned the track shortfall for this kit. It turned out its only two or three links each side ( or six one side!) and I have no idea whether Wel****gon, where mine came from, cannibalised a kit or had Panda hobby's send the shortfall but mine came not long after without problem.

Hi tch2000, yes got word last Saturday that it's going to be delayed for another month. The reason for this is that this is a new company and they want to make sure they get this right the first time, which is understandable. I think everyone will agree that first impressions are a key factor in a new companies success.

On a side note, our shipment of the new Panda Hobby 1/16 PzKpfw 38(T) model kit comes with extra links to address the track issue.
