TK 22

Just got my new TK22 board I am going to install in one of my HE Leopards A25's. I could use a road map of all the pin outs and point to points to get it set up.
any help full info on set up after everything is wired would be great too.
I have Tamiya gear boxes in the tank and custom road wheel mods with Tamiya tracks. Once I get to know my way around the board then i will decide on what to do about turret traverse and elevation. I am thinking of some servo's modded for continuous rotation for the trav. and elevation.
Simple enough mod and would be much closer to modern speeds.

I only use the info on the Clark site itself, it's updated often and has a few troubleshooting points if needed.

Yes, it's very straight-forward and the socket function diagrams at their website are all you need. It's nearly plug & play in a standard Heng Long like the Pzkw4. The recoil and elevation may be less so, depending on what you intend to do (if you can do the mechanical, the electrical is a no-brainer). For me, the only "gotcha" was that the track recoil was backwards, but an easy fix. (Reverse the polarity of the motor wires and the transmitter channel.) I thought the hardest part was figuring out how the left stick works from the website diagram. (Think stick shift transmission without the guides. Up/down and to the sides, not diagonal unless you want to trigger multiple functions at once)

Gregg, I'll be watching this with interest as I'm planning on installing a TK22 into a T-55.  I'll be watching to see what you come across and I'll report<div>anything fishy to you.</div>

I'll let you know Bret. Been a while since I did anything with this tank so i have some things i need to get re- aquainted with.<div>Should not be to hard, it's the second one i've done.</div>

What do you guys want? I have taken all the sections of Clarks Info and put them in PDF files so they are easy to mail. I did this by application too so it seperates some of pages. I find it helps because everything doesn't bleed together so much.<div>
</div><div>Panther G the servo mod will do well with your needs for  traverse, the elevation you probably won't need to mod the servo. Once plugged into the pins on J4 all you need to do is set the board to run elevation from the servo.</div><div> The Clark TK22 will give your barrel about 30 to 40 rise without end point adjustments.</div><div>
</div><div>Here is a good listing of how the left stick operates and some reciever plug ins. As long as you remember channel 3 on the Clark board is usually throttle on the reciever you can get the other 3 wires.</div><div>http://www.immortalhobbies.com/Clark_Board_Set_Up.html</div><div>
