SturmTiger availability

Just noticed the Tankzone website has the 1/16 Sturmtiger with metal chassis available. A bit pricey, but could that mean they are making their way to other dealers as well?

Maybe this is one of the surprises Imex-Erik can tell us about now?

That would figure. I bashed a Motorro upper Sturm hull to a Tamiya Tiger lower a few months ago....Took me forever to find the upper

Gee I hope not. Maybe 2 out of 100 tankers would really want one. Maybe more than that but you know what i mean. I would actually like to see a new Light tank like the M24 Chaffee. that would be a really fun little bugger to run around in. Then the PzIII would have a good opponent other than just the T 34/76.

For light tanks, I'd rather see a correct M41. But, for the US line I'd really prefer either the M46 or M45 or more kit parts to option out the Sherman.

Cold War Era vehicles are pretty limited also. We do have the T-55 but that is pretty much it except for the every present T-34/85 which will be with us always I think.
One of my favorites is the M47. West Germany had plenty of these and i believe it was their main tank of the time. The M41 to me is more closely related to a medium tank i would think. I dont know a lot about it's history so I don't have any reference to it's combat history. i don't think it has much of one.

The Sherman parts options would be very welcome too I would think. So many variants and a good T-23 turret option would be nice instead of having to rely solely on Nicks turret which is only available in small numbers.

Speaking of the T-23 turret, I have an extra MATO piece (minus the gear ring) if anybody needs/wants one. PM me with an offer so it can find a new home for a needy tanker.
