Tank Commander question
 

Okay, here's one for the figure painters...

I'm getting ready to paint my PzIII Ausf M. I'm going to make it one of the tanks from LSSAH's Light Platoon that was assigned to Heavy Company in the 1st SS Panzer Regiment. Incidentally, this was Michael Wittmann's first tank platoon. But, I don't think that I want to do his tank. So, I'm thinking about 4L4. The tank commander for that one was a NCO. Will the HL tank commander work for an NCO? Seems like the officers and NCOs had different peaked caps. Could I use the HL tank commander without being too far off for an NCO?
