is this a new Heng Long control unit with sound. Walthersons is typically rebranded Heng long stuff . What I am happy to see is a receiver interface meaning the BARC might interface with it with some tweaking.

I think this is a Waltersons only thing like their gear boxes, it's a plug and play unit with decent sounds for HL tanks.
