Where to buy accessories for Heng Long Jagdpanther?

I would like to buy a complete set of accessories for the Heng Long Jagdpanther. Tow cables, tools, etc - all the stuff that you mount on the outside of the tank.

Anyone know of a source?

I don't know why spare parts seem so hard to come by for these tanks.

Hi Steve, you can order these parts from Matomart, under the Tank Accessories section. They ship to Canada, the US, and overseas. You can register at their website, so you can Log In and order items. Their site is secure so you can pay by credit card, or pay pal. I have ordered numerous items from them, and have no complaints. I hope this helps you out.

For tow and track cables you're better off to get them separately from Erik. This video shows mine pretty well, and the attachments were pretty easy to make.

Thanks Crius! Don't know why I didn't see that!

Hey Frank! Thanks for the link. Yup, matomart has the accessory pack too...for twice the price of Imex!

But...Matomart now shows up Sherman parts, which I need also and Imex does not have!

It always seems hit or miss as to what folks are carrying.

Thanks guys!

OK, what do you think of this:

All the above will work with the Heng Long tank, right?

What about a stronger gearbox? Crius I know you said 4:1 would be good, but I don't see one on Imex that is compatible with a Jagdpanther?

Here are some Jagdpanther steel gearboxes from Matomart:

http://www.matomart.com/prodview.php?p=1320 $44
http://www.matomart.com/prodview.php?p=3356 $79

Both are 3:1 though.

I ordered up the Jagdpanther accessory kit and photoetched grill details from Imex this morning.

This sucker really needs a stronger transmission though; the clutch in the stock plastic transmission slips too easily in turns.

Does that ETO fellow make a transmission for the HL Jagdpanther? I poked around on his web site but didn't see one. If I'm going to drop $70 on a steel gearbox $100 for his super drive isn't much more.

Hi Crius, thanks. Thanks for the link! I am going to check this out.

ETO gearboxes are for tamiya and hooben as far as I know. That being said you can always make things fit if you have the tools and experience. Also a set of these are around $250-300.

Yeah I saw that on their web site yesterday. For some reason I was thinking they were like $100 or something.

So since you ordered the accessory kit I'm thinkin' you won't be needin' this jack, you'll get one in the kit, right? Let me know if you still need it.

maillemaker 03-16-2016 07:45 PM

Yes, I still need it! I am PMing you.

Steve
