TK20 dead
 

I received my replacement cap today, but that didn't fix the problem. My tank worked fine last year, but I recently turned it on and nothing happened. Opened it up, flicked switch to "On" and the receiver quickly flashed once and a continuous low static sound from the speaker. No control functions work. Tried a different receiver, same thing as well as a different battery. Noticed a swollen cap on the TK20 board thinking that was the cause, but replaced it today and same thing. Jumper is in. All cables connected correctly.
Dead board. Did I miss anything?
