Let's hope it is something good! While I got a pair of these lights from what looks like the 80s, the funny part was the 6V batteries were all good. I ended up doing a 2S2P pack for a buddy so he has a mobile 12V powerbank. These were definitely not the Rockford Fosgate speakers I thought I was getting lol

My tracking also says that the package has hit the states and is in transit to the destination, but I think Jerry will get his first. I believe the stuff will come through LA and since Jerry is so much closer to LA than I am he should have his first. I'm tempted to ask Jerry not to say what he gets until mine arrives, just so he won't ruin the surprise for me. What do you think Jerry? Can you wait an extra day or two to post the results of our adventure?

I'll agree to wait if you do. You'd think it would be coming into the country from my end but the latest status says the package just left New Jersey!

Oh! Oh! I want to guess..... you will receive a 1/24th scale Abrams R/C toy tank.... You will put in a claim and paypal will refer you to terms and conditions which state the item must be returned to the vendor. since it will cost $100 bucks to send it back you will be stuck with it and out $60 bucks. Please don't ask how I know this....

I had the same problem with the creality resin printer. I wanted to return it and they wanted me to send it back to China, which would have cost about $250. Because I went through PayPal, they hooked me up. They had a u.s. address for that vender so they told me to send it there and if the vendor didn't like it that was too bad.

I agree with the 1/24th Abrams guess. I think it's most likely that's what we'll get. The kind with the rx14 and the funny pistol grip transmitter.

And Jerry, if I get mine first I'll wait to post about it until after you and I communicate by p.m.

The m80 is burning a hole in my pocket. I wonder how far the parts will go. I recall a Tamiya 1/25 SU-100 that was heat damaged after I left it in my
car in the late 1970s. I stuffed it with all manner of celebratory devices. By the time the dust settled all that was left in the dirt was the gearbox and one sprocket.
I remember my dad on the roof many years later while working on elements of his HAM antennas, handing me small sections of t-34 track every so often.

I'm sure that poor man wondered how they got up there...

Well, the page with the tank has disappeared, but the vendor is still there. That could mean that they sold out or the promotion is over. They sell a whole bunch of different kinds of stuff there. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Mine seems to be wandering across the US, no idea where it is or when/if it will get here. The tracking function isn't terribly useful and basically amounts to
"package left from somewhere and is now going somewhere else"...

My wonder tank has yet to arrive, likely it will in the next few days. I think I'll first try gifting it to a friend who has 6-8 year old grand kids.
Failing that I'll leave it out as a Halloween treat...
