Some Upgrades to a Tauchpanzer
 

One of the first tanks I bought, back in 2013, was an all plastic Heng Long Tauchpanzer. Since then it's gotten brass dual ratio gear boxes, Taigen V3 MFU with P3 sound card, metal headlights, tracks, sprockets, idlers, and roadwheels w/rubber tires, an MG34 and a custom set up for the smoker. It still needs to be painted and the molded on tools need to be removed and replaced with metal tools. I may also add some some field-applied spare track links across the front.




I'll add more soon, and make more video as I paint and detail it.

And this will bring us up to date. Now, video 7 is a very bad idea, don't try it at home, unless you absolutely can't squeeze it in any other way!



At the very beginning of this video I mis-spoke and said, "Here it is with the cosmetic work done", I should have said the mechanical work, not the cosmetic work, that's still in progress.
