Clark Tk80 problem
 

Installing a new Clark tk80. It had been working fine until yesterday. Switched it on and the barrel jerked into position like normal but wouldn’t respond to any controller input. No servo movement, no LEDs, no sound but the speaker is getting juice. And when I try the IR programming remote there is no response from the programming cable LED.

Is it dead, or is it fixable?

I had this happen to my TK-40 but it end up not being a problem with it. What kind of transmitter and receiver are you using? It turned out it mine was a problem with the binding of my Flysky FS-i6 TX and RX. I rebound them and it worked again. When I fired up the radio it couldn't show me the status of the receiver so that was a dead giveaway it wasn't talking to it.

My last TK80 had to be repaired because of a broken solder joint. Possibly my fault.

Does any member have a picture of the inside connection of your tank with the TK80? I would like to see yours as a reference to work on my tank. The diagram from Clark was not easy for me to understand. Thank you!
