Tamiya Speaker

I'd like to remove the Tamiya speaker from the speaker box in my Tiger 1. I can see no reason as to why it's in the box (possibly to add some bass?) and would like to fit a smoke unit. Anyone out there done anything similar?

Dont know about the speaker but on the tanks and trolls website he has tutorials for doing the smoke for the Tiger, KT and Pershing also does smoking gun barrels Heres a link to the smoking tiger http://www.tanksandtrolls.co.uk/smokintiger.htm just check out the tutorials section for the rest
