Back on track!
 

Well, after receiving a replacement set of crystals last week, I finally got round to installing them today, and hey presto, my Pershing started right up! Everything is working again! So thanks (again) guys! I never even thought about the crystals! I'll admit to being totally stumped after I opened up my tank and everything looked fine! :D
