Has any one thought of building a marder 1 out of a HL pershing. I took the top off of mine and mocked up a top hull out of foam core. I think it will work.

OOO that is a tempting idea. What scale would it come out to using the Pershing. I was under the impression the Marder IFV was smaller than a Pershing.

it should be close to 1:16. Its not going to be perfect, but I think it will be fun.

it comes out to around 16 inches which is close to 1:16. marder = 6.79m length, pershing = 6.45m length of hull
