RE: 1/9 abrams
I did see one on you know what BAY for around $400.00 dollars.--no hurry its been there forever---
If your just looking around try LANWORLD INC.--they have metal one's in a kit---not bad prices. BIGMIG ;););) |
RE: 1/9 abrams
For what they are, at the prices asked today (being Out Of Production) they're really not worth it. Even for collector value, they are severely lacking and need a heck of a lot of work to make them work. One benefit, dare I say it, is that it has lots of room

RE: 1/9 abrams
Yeah I'm talking about the 21st Century 1/9 Abrams (p.o.s).
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...WL._AA280_.jpg Thin plastic, [link=http://community.webshots.com/album/479072022KpdKcG]breaks easy[/link]... [link=http://www.subarubrat.com/PICS/m1a12.jpg]wrong suspension[/link] (double-bogies like a Tiger(p)/Ferdinand/Elefant), lacks features... for the money asked-no thanks, you'd have to be desperate - and dont close your wallet yet, you've got a lot of work ahead of you lol... |
RE: 1/9 abrams
okay that is definitely not what i remember from toys r us. I remember they were green camo but this was years before i got into tanks so i cant remember.
and nothing comes up in my mind for upgrade/replacements for that big of a tank.. |
RE: 1/9 abrams
I know the one you're talking about, but the name escapes me... it was very fast, out of scale and whilst it "looked" like an abrams from 10 metres, it lacked detail and needed a lot of work. Its basically a tank-shaped-rc-car-with-tracks
|
RE: 1/9 abrams
I just remember going there and seeing these HUUUUGGGEEE tanks that were over $400 and back then that was a fair chunk of change. heck my first car was 900 bucks and that was alot.
