HL SMOKE UNIT HELP...
 

:DHi Guy's i really don't run my smoke units to much ...but the other day i fired up the old tiger and was going to try the smoker for once but nothing happened it did not turn on no smoker motor running at all??... So it sounded like no power to the smoke unit...this is the older type they used in the first tanks i remember they had a little board on top of the smoker with a resister or something and it always caused problems so they did something different with the new versions... anyone know what they did with the new ones? anyone know how i can fix it or even what could be wrong with it? I don't know to much about the smoke units as i never really use them.

I wouldn't bother with it, Ive had 3 and they all pack up within a short time, i moved the RX 14 board to where it is and stuck a cpu fan on and powered it from the smoker output on the board. A much better bet than messing with something that wont last long.

yea i never really use the smoker anyhow....i had one laying areound and put it in and it's working now.
