Heng Long 8 Pin Connector Help
 

Hello Brother Tankers,

I am needing some help rewiring my Tiger 1 8 pin. To start with I have upgraded a three year old Tiger to SS, as well as added metal everything and the asiatam recoil.

I did indeed find a wiring diagram on this site but which end of the connector is up?

You know what would be cool if one of you creative layout drawers can fix that picture to English and add polarity ( voltages )

Thanks Brother! That is just ticket!! One more question if I may. The small board where the 5 is attached. Casn I make one of those? Do I need one? Or, where can I get one?

When I redo my tanks I get rid of this little board and substitute a barrier strip. I then paint the barrier strip to match the wire colors. It makes it very easy to remove the turret after this method has been employed. You could also just go with a pin connector, to make disconnecting that much easier.

Oh while I got you. I put a MG in the bow ball mount. Where do I wire that bad boy to?

It looks like pin 1 and 3 looking at the diagram. THis sounds about right. I know the LED for the lights and the machine gun share a common, and this is what this diagram shows as well.

Don't know how to make them, just take them from my broken smokers and use them elsewhere in the tank.

I been trying to give you a call. Hoping you are doing okay!! Just about got the TIGER all Ready to go. And Mouse Killer is still running hot and heavy!!!

You kow I have been reading the posts on here, and I am a little confused. With my Tiger did I get some type of super gun? Right out of the box my Tiger's gun was able to shoot at a velocity of almost dangerous proportions. And we know what happened with that. Poor Little mouse...I still feel bad about that.

I tell you what though the guys on here are top shelf folks. Had already lots of help from all over.
