Backyard Armor Problems?
 

Hey guys,
I am having a problem with a supplier and am wondering if anyone else is or has had problems with this company.
The supplier is Backyard Armor. I sent payment for several parts for my King Tiger in October and have yet to receive any of the items I ordered. I have emailed them many, many times and have received no response. I also tried Paypal, but they were absolutely no help. In the past they had been very good about shipping items promptly, so I was surprised about the situation. Has anyone else had bad experiences with these folks? I've pretty much resigned myself to never seeing my $80, but maybe they'll surprise me.

Sorry about your problems with them. That is becoming the norm.

Next time use [link=http://www.etoarmour.com/]ETO Armor[/link]. Stock is checked before any money is exchanged, emails answered daily and shipped within days.

Unfotunately Back yard armor has fallen into the "cannot recommend category" Never used to be, but now is. Don't lose hope though. Not sure what is going on there, but stuff usually shows up just when you are about to give up all hope.

ETO Armor? I've bookmarked them. Thanks for the reference. My experience? I emailed Backyard Armor in December with a question about one of their products and never heard back. No response. Therefore, no further response to them by me.

My experiences with ETO Armor have been great. Great service, quick shipping.

I also recommend ETO. Same day responses and they ship your items the following day.

You shoulda used the search feature! I didn't think they were around anymore. Anyhow, long after you've forgotten about your order they'll show up at your door someday. Give it 5-6 months. I heard that the guy get the parts from China himself, via sailboat. :D

I dont know about Backyard Armor, but I received my last order from another vendor almost 2 months late, reason - "Mis-sent to Uganda" stamp on the package :D
So it might be a postal service problem.

My own experience with backyard armour is not a positive one. He does not reply to e-mails and all, but teh package will arrive, maybe 1-2 months late.

That guy at BACKYARD ARMOR is a CROOK ! I wish everyone would complain to PAY PAL and try to have that service they provide for him shut down. That would make a major impact upon his business of scamming people and prevent future victims. Its almost like the dude is in bed with the potsy master himself = MADOFF !

problems with backyard armor has been kicked around for a few months here most know to stay away from there .
