I have been contemplating on wether to buy from rc command or not. I want to purchase the infared upgrade for my KT and a henglong Jagdpanther. I would be so grateful if yall could help me on how they do business and if they are reliable.

Search RCCOMMAND within the forum and I am sure you'll come up with positive info. I've ordered from Bill a few times and have had nothing but great service.

Well my Brother,

I can testify that RC COMMAND is just about the best place to get your RC tanks and Tank stuff. Fast Service, and very concerned about not only the quality of his products but Bill makes sure that if you buy it from him you will be able to install and enjoy your purchase. Check out the HOW TO section. Then go to other vendors and ask them how to install a recoil or a fan. You will see the value of what you get in return.

Rccommand is great:D I buy most of my Tanks and upgrades from them and I think they are about the only HL vendor that pre test there tanks before they ship them and the also make killer Full turret upgrades for your HL tanks..I just picked up a P III upgraded IR turret from Bill.

I have been looking at the tiger turret upgrade as well as the kingtiger turret upgrade. I have been wondering if that kingtiger turret will fit on my matorro kingtiger body?:eek:[:-]

On the king tiger upgrade you only get the insides not the outer turret parts...But I believe that it is made to fit into the matorro king tiger turret..Send Bill an E-Mail and will let you know for sure.

RCCOMMAND is the only place i will order tanks and accesories from, Bill is a outstanding man and is always arround to help! I give them a 10 out of 10 :D

RC command is a good place to buy RC tanks.. vry accomdating live chat and cstomer service... they ship right away...

I'm in Canada and I ordered parts from RC command mainly the ir upgrade packages. Great service and great prices. Excellent source for RC tanks.

I ordered a couple of the HL battle system upgrades from Bill at RC Command. He is helpful and knowledgable and I trust him. I'd do more business with him but must wait until the Canadian dollar is out of the crapper first.

It's all been pretty much said. Bill is the official supplier for our rc tank club {SHD} Spearhead Division. You would be hard pressed to find better sevice in the states.

Well I guess all that needed to be said has been said already. I would add that the one (and only) time an order of mine came up short of an item, Bill responded immediately to my email and sent the missing item out the next day.
Pretty much every vendor out there will screw up the odd order or 2 now and again - the true reflection of their customer service is how quickly they fix the problem...
