Tiger 1334 Video

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the lousy camera work. Filming and driving are tough to do at the same time.

Also I just had to use the Panzer Song.

Hey Chief, Have you thought about making the black tracts a little lighter. what i do to black tracks is take some Tamiya flat metalic grey paint and reduce the crap out of it, basically make a wash and go over the tracks with that. then they atleast look like metal not plastic. Tank tracks are never truely black if at all. Even one s with rubber pads are more of a charcoal color. I think that would really make you TigerI look fantastic. I like the Panzer grey on the dark yellow camo combination. Dont see it often. Very nice work.

Thanks G man,

Oh these are just the test tracks. I'm moving to metal very soon. Your method of making the stock tracks is great!!!

When I did S 33 I thought I painted them with enamal but after was all said and done I looked at the paint bottle and realized it was Acyrl. Still it looks good.

Again thanks for the nice words. I thought the gray on the Dunkengleb did not seem right but the picture in Wacky's and another ref. I had said it was so. However another said they were green.

So for all I know the only color I got right was the Jack block;)

I have come up with a handy formula for building a TIGER.

Fun Factor

Research 50%
Electronics 10%
Building 20%
Gluing Fingers 0%
Solder Burns 0%
Painting 20%
Explaining to wife why I need another Tiger -30%
Weathering 20%

Hey Pan,

These gears are from a very early 2004 Heng Long TIGER. When they first came out I think. I took everything from that hull and upgraded to a late TIGER (304) and had these sitting around.

So with this TIGER I wanted to go cheap, (well not so much me as the wife told me to go cheap) so I just popped the old gears in.

Thanks for the good words!

Thanks Panther,

Makes me feel better. Wow getting the colors right is tough. A lost of it is subjective I guess. However we press on!

I appreciate the help!
