Shipping Question
 

Hi All,

My tank hasn't moved since the 5th. Tracking says it has reach destination country. I figure it's in customs. Has anybody else had experience with shipping like this? When I saw it in country on the 5th I thought I would have it by now even with the holiday.

Where's it coming from and what carrier? Most times, like EMS services will track a package all the way to the "destination country" and that's it, because it has passed hands. From there, you enter the same tracking into (most times) USPS or UPS for more detailed information about the package from with in our country...if you are indeed in the US. If USPS has the detailed info or at the very least,correspondinginfo....just relax, at least you know it's stateside and they have it.

Ahh, so it still doesn't show asreceivedin united states postal service or UPS? Thought Mato ships ground anyways, so it should show in UPS and last I remember when I ordered parts, it almost took 2 weeks for it to arrive (10 working days)

Nope. No change in the tracking since the fifth. I'm hoping it just shows up. It shipped the first. Maybe I'm just impatient. 8^)

We have expereinced this when shipping to Canada - seems once customs takes it everything goes quite until it arrives at your door. I do not know if it would be the same shipping the other way around or not. maybe it has to go thru bother Canadian and US customs, Remember labor day was the fifth and probably nothing got done if you do not receive by the middle of next week or you do not see any other info posted you should call the company you purchased from and have them put a trace on it.

yes karen i have the same problem ordered on 08 aug from micro-mark three bottles of plastic welder cement, its send but no news yet today i send a second remember email to them, it was shipped on the same day as ordered got confirmation from that
It would arrive with EMS or usual post

Hello All,

I ordered a KV-1 from Matto on the 31st. It was in Charleston ( paperwork ) on the 2nd. THen nothing. I caontacted MAtto and they responded that there was a shipping hold up on many orders. New delivery date is on the 17th. Fast response from them...course I would rather have the tank but thngs happen to all of us.
