Just picked up 4 1.0 rolling chassis for $150. two are complete ready to go rollers, one is 60% roller, the last is a chassis plate with diffs and arms. I entend to make one roller nitro, and the other electric. The last two will be spare parts. But i have no idea what to do for engine choice for the nitro. I've never owned a truggy, just 1/10 nitro stadiums and electrics; never a 1/8th truggy. Any hints, tips, etc for the truggy scene would be way helpful.

He's an engine modifier, has a race team, and sells some really affordable and excellent engines.
I'm a "more than satisfied" client of his.
Sounds like you got a pretty decent deal for $150 start.
Good luck
