Default Mayhem ST owners-check your fuel filter!

I've had my Mayhem for a week now and I'm ashamed to say that I just now noticed this. The fuel filter was installed inline with the exhaust tubing rather that in the carb supply tube. Fortunately I've only run about a quart through so far. You might want to check yours.

To my knowledge, there is one IN the tank, and one for the exhaust incase fuel is run back into and out of the pipe. That way when some of the fuel in the tube hits the tank again, it's clean. I always throw a fuel filter on the pressure line. They only cost 3 bucks anyway. Cheap insurance.

man, do I feel stupid. Oh well, live and learn. I may go ahead and put a filter on the intake side too. Thanks for the info.!
