I think it would really make a great car against the mugens an kyoshos. Looking at their LST2, and other cars and trucks, they make some great RCs.

how do you think it will stack up against the jammin and kcar? if it is similar to their buggy, they should all be close. any major differences that can help/hurt it in comparison?

Here it is. Very nice build. everything went smooth. One thing i didn't like is that the kit comes with extended wheel hubs like the MSR conversion which made the truck 1" wider then my jammin CRT. So I installed sone Dace hubs and it was the same with as the jammin CRT. Not quite sure why Mugen would put those in the kit. It made the truck WAY too wide. looked like a square. This is also a Prospec version.

Build went great. Pretty straight forward like all Mugen kits. The Jammin CRT is on the left and The MBX5T Prospec is on the right.

Looks pretty solid. Same ole' cookie-cutter truggy design.. nothing too inovative.. I'll probably unfortunately never see one in action though due to mugen parts being nearly impossible to find in AZ.

jmac, My Prospec is shipping Tuesday from SMF. Are these the Dace's you used? http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/4817

Or these? http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/3244

Neither one of those. They don't make adapters for mugen in a standard offset. I used the jammin Dace adapters and reemed the hole with a 2.8mm drill bit because the jammin hub pin is 2.6 and the mugen is 2.8.
