Wow that's cheap!
I'm running I believe 50 rear, 40 front, not 100% positive though!
Any suggestions, I seem to wheelie alot after jumps...Looks so cool though, I carried 2 wheelies about 150 feet after the big jump yesterday, full throttle, if you want to see something cool that's it man!

Are you talking about the centre diff itself or what it sits in? Cause the centre diff doesnt have a diff case it just sits in between the brakes in the centre diff mounts. If your talking about the diff casing then this is what you want http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/2581

Hey guys, quick dumb question can the stock .28 use long glow plugs?

I am ordering some OS #8's for my Savage and it would be awesome if I can use the same in my ST-1

I was having loads of fun..... then I realized... the cleaning involved. It was sooo tacky that when I jumped it actually rained mud everywhere. It was soooooo funny.

as you can see I started cleaning the wing

Nothing a little elbow grease cant fix.... and a pressure washer of course I lost a shock nut and wing screws [&o]

it's not the suspension thats stuck... it's cause there is so much mud on it thats it's super heavy haha ... seriously i would say there was half the trucks weight in mud on it[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

I took pretty much all the mud on it, but when I get a couple of hours of free time i'll tear it all apart and clean it nice and sexy

Hey guys, an extreme noobie here. My rtr should be here on Monday and I have a few quick questions..

Per a suggestion on this monster thread, I ordered a few extra of these:

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/2203

My questions are about fuel and plugs. What % fuel should I use with these plugs (and the stock one), I'm assuming 20? I hear that I should stick with the same % throughout the life of the engine. Does it matter that these are not the same glow plugs that come with the stock engine?

Also, I know I should use a 5 cell, 6v flat pack 1400 or better. Like a dumb ass I didn't order one with the rest of my stuff. Is this a common thing? Should my LHS carry this and the charger to go with it?

Thanks for the help. I can't wait to get this beast on the track.

Thanks.

Your LHS should carry it, its a pretty common battery for most RC cars. I got my self one of the 1600 packs but it doesn't last all that long. so I went to cheapbatterypacks.com, I ordered a 5x AA battery pack its a tight fit in your rx box. But it holds 2600mAh of charge, would definitely last you a really long time! this battery will run you about the same price as a 5pk of 1400 or 1600mAh. If you plan on running your car a lot then do consider that. Oh and you will still need a charger from your LHS though.

If you want to race then drfinately get the ST-1 over the XTM cause XTM are crap for racing and nowhere near as durable as Thunder Tigers
