I think that on the track the second gear was too much so I bumped up the spur gear and tore apart the center diff. I removed the second gear turned the diff around to mount and went with one gear a 66t steel. It has great low end and perfect top end. Total time was about hour and half and the only investment was a new steel gear instead of the stock plastic which was stripped first day at the track.

that's an interresting idea, so you turned it around so the first gear spur would mesh with the 2nd gear on the clutchbell. I'm sure it is fast, but am kind of surprised it still launches good. I'm impressed, I wouldn't have thought to do that.
