mammoth st braces
ive been hearing about these dadders braces for the mammoth st do you really need them and what exactly do they do, as i just got the truck so i dont know to much about it thanks for any info

the dadders braces stop your chassie from bending when your jumping. and once your chassie is bent every thing is screwed.sometime your chassie is bent and you dont no it.

Yeah, I would highly recommend getting some type of chassis brace to replace the stock ones. The Dadders braces are phenomenal, but I decided to make my own for $10 and some time.

I highly recommend the Dadders braces, found at www.dadders.net. If you want even more protection in addition to the braces, get the 7075 aluminum chassis. It's tougher and lighter than the stock chassis, in fact, some people even say that you don't need the chassis braces with the 7075 chassis. I was running both and it's basically tough as nails that way. Just something else to look into, however, I would definitely purchase the Dadders braces if you're not able to make homemade ones.
