Hey guys,
Ive tried to zip tie my muffler to stop it dancing around all around the place. (i detached it and dont know how to re-attach it lol)
Now is it safe.?, or could it blow up some how.
Any help much appericiated.

My main worry is that it will fuse with the heat or melt.?
Is that a possibility.?
And if it does how disasterous can it turn out to be.?

Safe enough to run. I would keep some handy just incase the ones one there now melt or slide off. You should realy replace the exhaust hanger though, but its safe enough to run for now.

What does the Fuel Line Running from the top of my fuel tank leading to the exhaust do.?
Is it of great importance.?

Your first picture shows the end on a metal wire that looks like it's just "hanging in space", and it looks like the wire that slips in the end of your muffler and gets tightened down with a hex set-screw. Is that what it is?[X(] If so, just reattach it, put some Blue Loctite on the set screw, tighten it, and you should be good to go without those zip ties.[&:]
