anyone know where I can order another. I went to hobby shop but it does not adapt to the one that came with the truggy.
also, I need some tips on starting this boy. This was day 1 for Nitro and I had been through all the forumns and reading about starting this. I followed the instructions but it kept getting hard to pull after about 3 to 4 pulls. I would pull the glow plug out and then would turn upside down to get the fuel out. Then i would try again. After about the 10th time, I must have pulled to hard and to far because the rope pulled through and it went inside the starter. I have it apart but it just looks painfull trying to put back together.
Please help.
Thanks

well i did the same thing today. 3 times lol
did the whole pullstart come undone??? if so, you are better off just getting a roto start.25 bucks from [link]http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_25_177/products_id/5784[/link]
if not take the engine off, take the pull start off, feed the string through the hole, the little black thing and the handle, tie a knot, burn the knot a bit witha a lighter and out it all together again. it takes a while but i works '

is it possible to buy another pull starter or should I just spend the $30 and get the roto deal. thoughts?
I guess I am just pissed I could not get the pull to work. I bought another pull from the local hobby but the nut is slightly too large for it.

I hated pull starts at first, but after the roto start ate the OWB I wish the Tiger wouldve stayed with a pull start. My Hyper ST has a pull and it will stay that way as long as I can help it.
tsdal........ order the roto start from amain but becareful because they seem stronger than my HPI roto start and may be why it ate the Tigers OWB.
advatages of a pull start are...... you dont have to lug around a roto or a box all you carry is an igniter.
advantages of a roto or box..... no pulling

I installed a roto start on two of my buggies and it sure beats the pull start by a mile! It was the best mod I've ever made on a RTR pull start engine. I have others to convert but need to research the right backplates.
