Yeah ill get a vid tomorrow.

I just changed the front end myself right now. My dad got me new a-arms with metal inserts, good for bashing, useless for racing.

He also got me a shock rebuild kit that I just finished building . Cant wait to see how it does tomorrow.

I need to really tune the engine, im upping my Nitro percentage to from 20% 30% tomorrow.

Id need to richen it out right.?

yes, it would be safe to richen it, then start leaning it if needed.

Thanks JB.

I always run my engine a lil' bit on the rich side. Keeps the running cooler and they last a bit longer.

I lent it to my dad yesterday, he wanted to have a run. He leaned the engine so much there was smoke coming outta the glow plug hole.

But my did it run lol.

Will set it up properly tomorrow. Off to bed an early day tomorrow and its nearly 1 in the morning now lol.

1 in the morning! its 2:30 in the afternoon here. I like to run mine too rich then too lean, but I did run one of mine lean, wasn't trying to. I out that engine in a different car that had a fuel filter and that leaned it out a lot, it lost a little compression that day.

Hmm...I wanna change my shock settings.

What're some recommendations on what I should set it on? Like...How high should it be to keep good handling and such, but also can take jumps well without tearing the back of my chassis off?

Mines as jacked up as it will go. Im about an inch to two inches lower than a savage at my higest point lol.

WEll im guessing the tyres make most of the impact on mine...

When I run onroad, its as low as it'll go, but it tends to scrap the chassis at time and make sparks

Rofl. I put a skid plate on the back of my chassis. I like my Fioroni chassis too much to let it get damage. And I don't wanna spend like another $100 to get one. lmao.

lol.

Theres nothing left in my chassis, never go rock climbing with anything less than a monster truck Ive learnt lol.

Like about 2 weeks back we were driving in this huge pit close to my house...

Full Throttle, didnt notice half a rock was stiking outta the ground, well the savages and t- maxxes can get over it no problem, I hit it smack on, got such a nasty gash on the bottom of my chassis.

Well atleast mine dosent flip if I become too vigirous with the controller

xD Oh, that would suck. I'd be kinda sad to see my chassis get all gashed and crap.

Hm...Well that's odd.

For some reason, my receiver just started blinking and blipping my throttle. :\

I hope it's my battery.

I can't drive it anyway. Lmao. It's 11 PM (I'd be driving right now if my parents wouldn't kill me) and the motor that I can use has a bad glow plug, and my GOOD motor has a gigantic pullstart that won't mount to my chassis without towers as the mounts. D:<

That'll be remedied here in a while, though. :P

Plus if I leave it at home, my dad just might get bored and fix it up for me . THo I prefer fixing my truck up myself. Im just lazy now lol..

Well im off, be back in a coupla hoursss...

Would I get better and longer performance out of my starter box if I used two 7.2V batteries rather than a 12V gel cell?

Isn't the Dx2.0 supposed to like...Kick into failsafe mode if the battery is too low? :\

When my battery got low, the receiver just kinda...Flipped the servos around, it didn't even have enough power to keep the receiver on, and there was still no failsafe mode showing.

What's up with this? Lol.
