RE: Finally Done xD
I did, but my dad decided he liked it, and he took it.
And I cant exactly say no lol.
I couldnt find it.
Here are the latest pics.
Sorry about the action shots, I know they suck, was holding the remote on one hand, camera in the other lol.
Will post the entire album in sometime.
And here are the pics of the track.
Took a good hour to clean up, still hads a lil' bit more attention needed.
Any my engines not dying anymore lol,
At first I noticed a smoke coming outta the glow plug hole, richend it up quite a bit and left it.
Worked really well.
Cant wait to go back on Saturday

Dude, that's kinda rude, to take your own son's thing from him. xD I'd kick my dad in the face for that.
Oh, the track looks nice now. :P I can actually see it. Haha.
I just bought a DS1313 for my CRT. o:

I actually appericiate that you got my name right more than anything lol. Im tired of people calling me 'gaiz'!.
No worries, I kind of had the same problem, asked people how the Nitrage was, not one had driven it, and all said it was
, tho still got it anyways, and I love it.
Best forum for Nitrage owners

Is crap and a poor job of a rc

but yeah i second QAIZ's comment on ppl slamming the nitrage, in quite a number of forums.... when most of them are parroting what they 'heard' or 'read'. especially with the early stripped gear problem the nitrage had. very few real life users - qaiz is the first person i know to actually ABUSE his nitrage lol

Lucky you. Wish I could get hop ups for 2.50.
The TNX Springs are quite good, really stiff. Thats why I like them.
I have no idea what shock wt I am running in the front, tho in the rear I run 80WT. Lets it slide around quite a bit.

RE: Finally Done xD
Actually, in another forum, I saw people talking nicely about the Nitrage.
Tamiya have a excellent build quaility and seem to be very durable. Just aftermarket parts or even standard parts I find sometimes hard to get for Tamiya kits.

RE: Finally Done xD
@ Banned
LOL, he kinda paid for it, so yeah. Hes not in a hurry to take my Nitrage from me lol.
It still needs some work done to it, need new pipes and thingys.
@ nauticar
Mine has to be the most abused one in the world lol. Im at the point where bits are falling off my chassis. I tried to keep up with a Savage on a Cliff. Too many rocks = Not good.!
Thats why my chassis has like a million and 2 gashes.!
But yeah, everywhere I read , people dont take lightly to it. This forum must be the best one anywhere for Nitrage users lol, it has them.!
Google Tamiya Nitrage, the offical thread comes up as one of the first ones lol..
Get the TNX Springs, theyre much stiffer than the stock ones, and look cooler.
If your gonna run onroad, use the stock springs in the front, and TNX Springs in the back, it'll let your back slide around abit, and give you great traction in turns.
I know the forum that Banned got that comment, but what they said there was right. Tamiya does make great stuff, but not the absoloute best. People can modify their Nitrage ( Like Me), but then it looses it Tamiya-ness of it. But its the same story with every truck. RC Driver posted a great review on it in July, I think it was Frank Masi, he actually raced with it and did extremely good.
@ joel
Ship me the Shipping Container :P
I practically rammed my Nitrage into a Solid Object, at full throttle, and only broke the shock end.
It holds up amazing.!

RE: Finally Done xD
Im not sure, but I think I was the first one to get it on these forums.
This is probably the best place for anyone to ask questions on this Truck.
Alright, do that.
But try out the other setup, softer at the front, stiffer at the back.
Will let it slide around quite a bit more.
I actually run the opposite lol.
I think 20 or 30 WT shock oil in the front, definated 80WT in the back

RE: Finally Done xD
LOL.
I dont have the guts to do that.
He lets me stay under his roof, pays for my nitro, pays for everything lol.
I cant.
Tho he lets me drive it at times, love it.
I think the perfect comparasion would be:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Losi 8ight T is like a Lambo LP640, the ultimate of the ultimate, handles like a bee, goes like a rocket, just the absoloute best.
My Nitrage now is like an 800HP Nissan Skyline, quite modded up, looks great, drives great, goes like a bullet, but not a Lambo LP640.
