Well I want to dye my wheels and wing blue so I do not know even if a little pink will work with the truck.

Did it come with stone guards? If not, do you think the Mugen stone guards would fit?

No it did not come with stoneguards (mudguards right?) My friend just bought a Mugen MBX5T and I am going to borrow his before he builds it and see if they bolt up.

Like what. Just curious so if I need to buy anything up front. I know alot of the first generation caster's had some problems and stuff with diffs but with the new second generations truggies they were supposed to be fixed and alot of stuff updated to get rid to of the first issues.

Well tried breaking in the caster this weekend and no luck. It was such a hassle getting it started. I never had a motor so tight before. Finally after getting it started after about 10 minutes of unsticking the piston from being so tight and getting caught at the top I ran about 10 feet and stalled it. Tried starting it again and the flywheel started spinning on the crank[:@]! I am getting sick of this problem! It has done it on my kyosho twice already. Well I removed the collet and cut the groove out bigger with my dremel thinking it was not pinching down all the way and now I will see if that helps and got to try and break it in again. I hate breaking in motors[:@]

These were the latest versions. One did not even run because a diff went out. The others had broken a-arms, front knuckles, a rounded out brake disk etc.

I am quite sure they did not just break. You have to hit something to break it. I have seen alot of truggies break arms, and knuckles from just the lightest hits at the right position, it happens. I guess all of the guys on the forums I read that absolutely love the thing must be something like the ST-1 guys and never say a single bad thing about them no matter what happens... LOL!

What did they do to break them. Was there a reason or something. Just checking because I might be ordering some parts since I have a chance to get some at a very cheap price right now.

I am only disappointed about the stickers that came with the truck and lack of stickers that came with the JConcepts body. Caster could have made alot better stickers than they come with.

I would order knuckles, 6-12 lower front a-arms, a bunch of ring and pinions, several spurs and some brakes disks, based on what I've seen. They drive very well, I've driven them, they they are just not as stout as a Mugen MBX5-T Propec or even my Xray.

Do you know of they come with diff fluid from the factory or grease? I did order some arms and knuckles and hingepins. If the diffs go I will use probably mugen or dare I say ST-1 gears LOL. There is a upgrade to use those.
