its the same servo but has a different name on it
if you want a quick servo that has alot of torque get the cs-170 by hobbico

The Hitec 5955 is a good servo, as are the re-badged Hobbico/Tower versions.
BUT, they do not offer the raw speed that the 1015 does, assuming you are running a std 5 cell rx pack.
Throw all this out the window if you run a 5955 w/lipo power @ 7V or more.
I ran mine unregulated. Once.
It WILL break stuff at full pack voltage (8.4V) and it's stupid fast.
You'll kill it pretty quick, tho.(according to those that have run them for any length of time-unregulated)
Durability wise, they are both killer servos.
I run 2 AE 1015's in my RC8 and a 5955/5625 in my truggy.
Both on lipo packs regulated @ 6.2V.
No complaints with either setup.

I run the ace 1015(st) and the hitec hs5965mg(th/br)on my 8T . Both are great servo's. I run on lipo regualted at 6.0v. The biggest difference I notice is the gear sound and the load sound. When there is a load on the hitec it tries to stay centered, in doing so it makes this loud buzzing noise. It's kind of annoying. The ace is quiet all the way around. I love my ace.
