Looks real nice but I do not know about the carbon fiber shock towers. They take a beating on truggies and I think will break easily. They should have made them optional because I know they will bring the price of that truggy up a little bit. The Geometry looks like it is close to a kyosho ST-RR which is good. Wonder what retail price will be?

Lol, if I get this one, it'll be my fourth truggy, or sixth overall.

Thats the same question im asking myself, if I want the buggy or truggy.

I think its time I try something new.

Or I could get Both .

Looks cool, but I see no shock adjustments, and the the chassi braces are.. something to be desired.

Looks like it's "smaller brother" the RC10GT2... I'm sure if you put some slick head lights sticker on it will be alot different.

never been a fan of the hyper st..even less of a fan now that a buddy races for them..I know all their "problems"..lol..On the RC8T i'm sure that in time it will be a good truggy, For me I am very reluctant to buy anyones "new" truggy..I'll wait awhile and see what problems come up..I have just been noticing a trend in the RC industry..they dont seem to be testing them for to long..the market demands a "new" car/truck..the manufactures get it to market quicker than they use to so their are bound to be a few problems come up..On the RC8 and the "perceived" problems it had..I know that their are a few that have said they have had no problems..I have seen a few of the "problems" break in races..and if their was really no problems..why did associated give newer stronger front bulkheads and A arms to the guys that bought them? Losi had a few teething problems also..no truggy is immune to not having problems when their a new design..I'll let you guys test em..If it's faster than my ST-RR's and prospec's..I'll get one..

I see a little bit of the ST-1 in the RC8T. To be honest though I'm not sure I like the RC8Ts design that much. I like my ST-1 just as much if not more than the RC8T.

WHAT?!? It looks NOTHING like a ST-1! I cannot see anything similar to a ST-1 at all and thank god! If there is a truggy the RC8T looks like with the body off it is the ST-RR. Arms and complete suspension look a little like ST-RR except for the shock mounting positions. The Chassis braces are like the ST-RR and are on a ball joint that allows flex of the chassis and also how the servos are laid out. I think there was a reason the Associated factory guys were running the ST-RR's with Associated stickers on them.... Giving feedback on how the supposedly best truggy out there handled and ran so to make there's just as good or better.

The main similarities to the ST-1 is the drivetrain aka diffs, outdrives, axles maybe, even the brake discs. I prefer PBS over c-hub IMO. I'm sure this is a light vehicle.
