RE: st-1 trouble
i have to ask the same question. my st-1 took a nice drop on it's lid from 10 feet after screwing up a jump and came away with only a scratch on the roof. but check out amainhobbies.com and check the hop ups list for the st-1. think i seen some lunsford t-buckles in there somewhere.

RE: st-1 trouble
I have been racing my ST1 and also did some bashing with it. It has taken some real hard landings adn never broke anything yet. I have a Savage X SS and it does not come even close to the durability of my ST1 and the Savage is known for being the best basher. Your breaking stuff like tie rod ends you are doing something wrong. As a matter of fact I dont think I have ever read anything about breaking the links ever.
