well i don't have a losi dealer near me so i probably wont be getting one[]
the reason i made this thread is because i found the best deal ever was like 375 for the roller. (i cant seem to find it now i thought it was on rc mart but i guess i was wrong???[&:])

RE: 8ight-T durability?
I've put a gallon through my 8ight-t now and most of it on our local track and have only busted one spindle. Keep in mind im still pretty new to the hobby and crash my 8ight-t on a regular basis and couldnt be any happier with the durability of this truggy!

RE: 8ight-T durability?
I had beat my 8T countless times on and off track such as hitting a tree head on whilst mid air and barrol rolling 7 times continuously, this car just keeps on going.
I spent $200 on spares thanks to Ebay when I bought my 8T and haven't used a single thing. The car receives a heavy pounding every weekend on our track.
This Sunday I landed ontop of my bud's Aftershock which broke in 3 places, earlier he landed on the 8T when racing for fun and no damage.

I seem to break the hinge pin brace easily, but they are really easy and cheap to replace. I am thinking about upgrading to a titanium one, but I dont now where all that force is going to go to.

RE: 8ight-T durability?
When I had mine I had a few problems, not sure if it was because it was one of the first ones or what..I was not really breaking anything but it developed a lot of slop in the front end, hinge pin area. Had some clutch bearing problems (had a bad batch of clutch bearings), some throttle servo problems..once I talked to Adam Drake he showed us what to do for the throttle servo problems. I also managed to get some "new and improved" diff cases..They (Losi) had a manufacturing defect (air bubbles in the plastic) a few hundred sets got out before Losi discovered the problem..my luck I got 3 outta the hundred..lol..Losi was cool about it..I had 2 diffs blow at a club race that Drake was at, he knew what the problem was and he hooked me up with 2 new diffs outta his box..very very cool..For me the Losi was really really fast..I just think that since I had one of the first ones out Losi was still improving stuff on them.
