I am looking for some help with the ST US SPORTS TRUGGY SUSPENSION SETTUP. The trug is not even 1/2 a gallon old. The ass end wants to sag terribly no matter what I do. The shocks are built correct. I am as "in" as I can be with the mounting positions and it still sags past level dogbones. The front seems good but the rear seems so weak and anemic. Right now I have the threaded collars all the way down and 60w oil in the shocks. Will the ST-R shocks/and or white springs work on this Truggy? I can pick them up fairly inexpensively on EBAY. I understand this to be an entry level truggy but I am still trying to make it a little better than stock. OR do you guys have any other suggestions? I know there are not a lot of fans of this truggy out there but I am trying to help a friend build it and the stock shocks just do not seem to cut it. THANKS!!!

White springs might help. Id up the weight on the shocks too. Its hard to make the st us truggy better than what it is, with ebay and parts it can be done though. Check out the str/strr thread, weve talked about this alot. What makes the us st vs strr and what can be done to help the us perform better.

NASCARDAD24,
Thanks for the tip. Do you have a link to those threads? For the local club track we race at and the level of cars that are around the ST-SPORTS is ok, for now! I do hear you though.
THANKS!

I had/have the same problem. I used 60wt and still it sagged with it threaded all the way. I placed a large spacer on the shock (from a set of traxxas shocks) and with it threaded all the way down it brought it up to just above level with the dog bones. It works until I can afford the big bores for it.
