I have a question for you,
1. How old is your engine? how many liters of fuel has been through?
2. Can you turn your engine flywheel without effort?
3. What engine are u running? you need to shim shim it up?
4. is the fuel fresh?

Pull the glow plug out and connect your igniter to it and make sure it is glowing bright orange. If it is OK, go back to your settings that you used with the 20% and try the 20% to make sure nothing is wrong with your engine. If it starts, then you know the needles need to be adjusted or the head may need a different shim. Find out from the manufacturer if you need to change the head shim when using 30% fuel.

You need to go back when it was working with the 20% fuel. If it's sitting there and the wheels are turning fast, either the idle screw is turned too high, the controller throttle trim is too high, or the carb is adjusted lean.
Adjust the idle screw first with the throttle fully closed. There should be about .08mm space. Then adjust the LSN and HSN screws to factory setting which should be on the rich side. When you turn the controller and car on and the throttle trim is in the neutral position, the carb should be closed to the .08 setting. Now you can open the carb slightly with the throttle trim just to get it started. After it runs for about 20 - 30 seconds, close the controller throttle trim back to its neutral setting. If the idle is too high or too low after it warms up, adjust the idle screw to get a good idle. Adjust your HSN first, then LSN to get it running good.

what motor is it? did you shim it for 30%? if the motor is originally shimmed for 20%, you'll have to add another shim.
if it is shimmed for 20% and you dont add another shim before using 30%, you rish screwing the motor up
