Running this same motor in a Mugen 5T prospec. Great motor it just screams. For the price I think it s a great buy. Has been super easy to tune. I As far as reliable All of my RBs I own are still running strong. I have 2 S7s both 2 on second year racing. S3 that is on 3rd year is back up motor. And and S5 I got this year for my Buggy. All are great and were easy to tune. Ooops forgot to mention until you get about 1 gallon in them they dont start to wake up. So you have to be patient to reep the benefits. So I always plan on about 1 gallong of break in before I even begin to start tuning for racing.

after the initial breakin they are screamers, then after a gallon you're like "whoa, i got this for $270, awesome". play around with different clutch and pipe combinations and its probably one of the most versatile engines available.
