I can say 5-6 months into my K8T Pro, it is STILL an awesome Truggy! NOTHINGBROKE! Did have a rear diff issue a while back, but that was all MYFAULT!

BUGGY wise, (Caster ZX 1.5RPro) is the best handling buggy I've driven in a while. (OF my own stuff!)

Just wished LOCAL racing was still as fired up as it was back then.

Well, I had been thinking about getting some cheap Ansmann, new.. But I finally found a deal on an Associated RC8T CE. Just got it today, and spent all morning swapping in ethe engine and electronics, etc.. from the RC8.2. Engines are gonna' be a modded Nosram(Picco), an Argus A52, and an RB Fire 11. Supposedly has 3.5 liters on it, and I got it for €228 shipped (new is €500), with a few spares, etc.. Looks pretty good.. Hopefully I'll be able to test it 2moro...

Default RE: Your TRUGGY and your setup

Well the above RC8T turned out to have more like 35 liters on it. I have never seen such a ragged out ebay POS... You win some and you lose some.. I definitely lost that one.. [] Anyway, I've now completely built it up new from ebay chop shops - chassis, diffs, shocks, A-D plates, tank, etc.. Only thing held over are a few screws, the shock towers(have new ones, but was too lazy to replace..), top plate, and radio tray.. Everything else is brand new. So, here we go again...

Team Associated RC8T CE
RB Fire 11/2058, modded Nosram RS.21RR/086, Argus A52/0801, stock clutch for the moment
Hitec 5955 steering, Kopropo somethingorother on gas/brake
Jconcepts Crosshairs and AKA Ibeams
Sanwa MX-V

Have my sights on an Alpha A352 as my new engine for this year.. Got to wait on funds, the right deal, timing, etc..
