Default jammin x2 truggy gearing

i took my jammin x2 truggy to the track for the first time, i got to tell ya, im pretty impressed, this thing handled and jumped with ease, plenty of torque out of the corners, it has the ofna force .28 with the red cooling head, im normally not impressed with the force engines but this one runs real steady with a lot of power, the only concern is on the long straight away it seemed to top out about 3/4 of the way down, i have a 13 tooth clutch bell on it, should i go to a 14 or 15 tooth, i don't know if one tooth will be noticable or not, i have never raced before but i would like to try it

Default RE: jammin x2 truggy gearing

On the bigger tracks I use a 14 tooth bell and on shorter tracks I use a 13, there is a difference, you wouldn't think 1 tooth would change anything but it does.
