It's basically a sensitivity setting. I max out the expo on the throttle because I want maximum throttle response. For steering, again, it's personal preference. What I do is max it out and try driving it. If it's too twitchy, I start dialing it back until it feels good.

Thats wrong.EXPO smooths things out.for example if its +50 it will limit the amount of movement till there's 50% input on that control .

It goes positive and negative. You can speed it up or slow it down. At least that's how it is on my M11... and my DX3R... and my old XS3 and my old MX-3...
