HELP with Thunder Tiger ST-1

Hello everyone!!!.. i am having a lot of trouble getting my st-1 to start I think my brother messed with it when i left it at my grandmas house for about 4 months, it takes me at least 10 minutes to get it to run and i need to pull the throttle at least half way for it to start and when i do get it start if i let go of the gas it shuts off instantly I dont want to mess with it without some input because i dont know much about them... THANK!!!

check your idle need? Make sure when you have the throttle closed its about .7mm wide. Then lean out your low speed needle. It sounds a little rich.

The pic shows 1/2 offset rims, but the description says zero offset.

Cool so I should be able to take the tires off the original wheels and use these right I don't have that pro kit I have the regular older version I guess I've seen people talk about the new version but I got mine 2 years and a half ago
