dynamite platinum engine...

Is the .21 dynamite platinum engine a race legal engine? I was just wondering because it has 9 ports. Thanks!

Also, is this engine good for truggies and buggies? I have the one for my GT2 and it beats any other engine I've raced against, just wondering.
