gearing for rc8t for .28

hey guys i have an associated FT RC8t i have an axial .28 spec 1s that's been modded and is bump start now and hitec hsr 5995-tg steering and hitec hs 5645mg throttle i plan on practicing at revelation and pegasus hobbies here in bright and sunny so cal plus "bashing" with some buddies but I cannot find a good gearing setup and the manual is no help all it says is "the team doesn't run .28's but they would go to a 50T center diff" but what CB? right now i have a 14/54 with a ratio of 3.86 and I'm gonna grab the new CD gear but should I have to change my CB too or 14/50 with ratio of 3.57 be good? or maybe 15/50 3.33? maybe 13/52 ratio being 4? i understand you want to make the spur smaller to get the speed out of it or should I just go to a smaller CB? I'm kinda confused any help

I would just do as the manual says and get a 50T spur-gear... Leave the CB at 14.

i run a .28 in my losi 8t 2.0 and Irun 15/50 and it pulls it WELL! You also have to make sure you clutch setup is good.
