Default Black Horse Models

I have been hearing a lot of good things about the Black Horse brand of arfs. They seem to have the reputation of being well built, light, and fly well but closer to stand off scale and I hear the prices are nice. I have looked at them on their website and they have several models that I am interested in. BUT WHERE CAN "YOU BUY THEM in the US? Everyplace I look seems to be out of stock.

Thanks for the reply.

I got an email from Hobby People the other day with a super price for the BH p-47. When I went to look at it this morning it was showing out of stock! Not much of a special if you dont have any. Also, they do not carry the whole line of BH models.

I am looking for someone who carries the whole line, has good prices, AND HAS THEM IN STOCK.

Hello Jim,
I bought my T28 from Hobby people but had to wait a LONG time for it to get back in stock. I think they come over on a container ship rather than by air so it takes a while.
As for the product, I'm really a giant scale warbird guy but sometimes You just want to throw something in the truck and go fly and these are the perfect planes. I did some mods on mine and installed air retracts. Also re-painted to more authentic colors and used Northeast Screen Graphics lettering with the proper Stars and Bars.(once a scaley, always a scaley!!) If you just stay with the fixed gear, I do recomend getting RoboStruts for it as the wire gear is a little flimsey. Other than that, it is a fun flyer.

Keep your speed up

Thanks,

What I really want to buy is a Black Horse P-36. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Hobby People has the exclusive for BH models. It is my understanding that the P-36 is discontinued.
