Default P-51 Mustang Photos

Here are a couple of photos of my 1/7th scale P-51 Mustang. Finally finished after 6 months build!
Engine-DLE 20cc gas.
Covering-Chrome Monokote.
Robart Retracts.
Based on the markings of "Kimberly Kaye" without the name appearing on the fuselage!

Looks great make sure to give us a video! And flight report. I curious how it flys with the DLE 20. I have one that size I was thinking about converting gas. Thanks for sharing.

After all this time ( I think close to 12 months) I finally got the nerve to fly this thing! Went out to the flying field and the engine ran for a few minutes then stopped! One fellow club member who used to fly gas said to me the timing on the engine was out (lots of black sutty stuff over the plane. Rectified the timing at home, took the plane out the next morning to test the timing everything went well RPM 7800-7900 17x6 prop. Then it decided to stop! Seems my ignition battery is faulty.( ran out of spark) Bought a new 4.8x2000maH Nimh battery, charging this new battery at the moment before installing. Fingers crossed everything is set to go in the next couple of days!!! (Talk about nerve billed up!!)
