Pilot for TF Giant P47
I bought the TF Giant scale ARF P47 Jug. I need a decent pilot. I'm not into competition and it doesn't have to be 100% scale. Just something decent for the local flying field. Can someone direct me to a good source for a painted or non-painted pilot?

Try "Blue Box toys/Elite Force" if you can find them.They are 12" tall and are dressed in the WWII uniform Canvas helmet,may west,oxygen mask,everything that the pilots had during the war.About 40.00 bucks,probably more.But very nice. Tom

I'll take a look and see what i can find.
It looks like a pilot about 3" wide and 4" tall would be about right. some of the pictures I see in real life look like the pilot is small comapared to the plane. i know it's a bulky fuselage etc. thanks for he advice.

Try a GI Joe doll. 12 inches tall is about the same scale and fits in the cockpit if you build one. I paid $29 dollars for mine including shipping on e-bay. Various GI Joes come with various uniforms. Some GI Joes being sold go for almost 100 bucks. Be patient and you'll find one. I actually bought three this winter for a fleet of WWII planes I have.
Find one with the WWII pilot uniform.
