This is a shock, it really is. We were trying to assist a builder who was puzzled as to how to do a 3 piece foam wing for a Corsair. Here is the thread.

This was this pass Sunday.
I did not know him personally, but we were on a few threads on here some times in friendly tussles on different issue. Guys this is one reason why sometimes it is best to see that our little squabbles are really not that serious. One never know when its our turn. So no more input from Barry... I will miss him. Rest in peace Barry...[]

Hi Whistling, thanks, this one really hit home for me. Guess it`s because it was just 4 days ago we were on a thread. One never knows the hour.

My heart goes out to Barry's family.
It seemed that he had turned the corner on some personal struggles he had, based on his posts these past months. It was a different Barry we visited with more recently. I believe it was the real Barry we have been conversing with this year. A nice man.
I'm truly saddened by this. I'll miss you buddy.

Oh my gosh... absolutely shocking. My heart goes out to his family... God bless them. It is times like this that give me pause, and make me think of family... the most important thing.

Wow, very sad news for sure.. Prayers going out to his family, gods speed Barry.
Barry and i were just starting to become friends and I was looking forward to meeting him and seeing his corsair, his hometown isn't all that far from me.. He was very helpful when i first joined and got back into the hobby, he pointed me to the LHS and answered a bunch of questions.. I will miss him.
