So I have a carbon fiber plate I'd like to get cut to a pattern to reinforce retract mounts.

Anyone know where I could send it for cutting?

Do you have access to a band saw.. or a scroll saw? that should work..

I am doing a lot of cutting of 1mm and 2mm carbon fibre sheet.
The band saw is the easiest, the scroll saw for smaller and curved cuts, and a Dremel wheel for the fiddly bits

I've cut large brace pieces on the band saw..... it eats up a couple blades

be very safe when cutting it, the dust it very bad for you. Where a respirator, eye protection, gloves.... after you cut put your clothes in the wash alone and take a shower.
It's as bad a asbestos

I have a band saw, so that may be the ticket. I'll run a vacuum and wear protective items.

Carbon cuts best with abrasive cutters instead of saw blade. Think diamond grit, although less will do fine.
